About the project

The project consists of the creation of an online course to improve the skills of secondary school teachers in the field of future competence education.

Guide 4.0 – Future Competencies Guide will map students’ competencies with a digitized map of future competencies necessary in the 4.0 economy. Mapping students’ competencies will allow teachers to create an individual (or group) development process. Guide 4.0 will be developed together with the Manual (traditional and multimedia: tutorial with e-learning training).

Guide 4.0 – how to educate the competencies of the future – benefits from a grant of EUR 211252.50 received from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA Funds. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of human capital training processes in Poland, in a way that allows education to adapt to the needs of the developing labor market towards Industry 4.0
