Company description

EXPERTEAM sp. z o. o. We are an R&D team working in the hardware area. We focus on products manufactured using plastic injection molding and metal powder injection molding (MIM) technologies. We develop the concept and design of the product for the customer in terms of industrial manufacturing, and then realize the optimal option for implementation into production. In the implementation process, we carry out the necessary analyses, such as DFM, rheological.

We make injection molds, on which we start serial production of parts such as:

  • housings for electronics,
  • buttons for telemedicine devices,
  • automotive accessories,
  • seedling trays for agriculture,
  • parts of educational robots,
  • construction products,
  • custom products for the food industry.

We use our expertise to support companies in building tool rooms or injection molding plants. We provide training and advice.

We cooperate with the German scientific institute IFAM and the Bialystok University of Technology.
