We provide services related to the automation of device software as well as software testing, from the design and development of the test system through to the design and execution of the tests.

The services offered are concerned with the integration and optimisation of the cooperation of devices and software, both in terms of modern solutions and older ones (obsolence). We deal with both high-level solutions (integration of applications under the operating system) and low-level solutions (drivers for third-party devices).

We carry out tasks related to the measurement, control and management of industrial processes using commercial tools (National Instruments, B&R) as well as proprietary tools in a customer-dedicated manner. We also offer comprehensive solutions for the design of test systems used to test the customer’s products.

The range of services offered also includes the creation, development and testing of software for smart sensors that collect and process data in real time. We specialise in the integration and optimisation of software for IoT devices, enabling seamless communication between sensors and customer systems. We have extensive experience in automating the process of collecting and analysing data from different types of sensors, allowing us to deliver a tailored solution quickly, flawlessly and efficiently. Our solutions enable customers to significantly improve monitoring, diagnostics and process control, minimising the need for manual intervention and the risk of errors, thereby increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs.

Creation, development and testing of software for the conversion of files supplied by various vendors – mainly in XML (Extensible Markup Language) format to the format expected by the customer (formats used in modern test tools). We have extensive experience in automating the file conversion process, which enables fast, error-free and efficient preparation of configurations based on the input files provided. With our solutions, customers can significantly streamline the configuration process, reducing manual work and minimising the risk of errors and costs.

We support customers in the simulation and testing of embedded systems, relying on tools such as Simulink and CANoe for the concurrent simulation of different system components. We have extensive experience in integrating models with the real device via CAN, Ethernet interfaces. The models we create are used for early verification of the functionality of embedded systems, allowing potential errors to be quickly identified and resolved at an early stage of the project.

We provide services in the design and development of dedicated software for embedded systems. We develop software from the simplest tools, through modules for advanced applications, to stand-alone applications designed to meet the customer’s own industry standards. The software we create is used, for example, in agricultural machinery, marine vessels, hospital power generators and commonly in automotive and railway applications. We use various tools, frameworks and programming languages such as C++, C# .NET and Python to create applications for operating systems such as Linux, Microsoft and macOS.

We specialise in technically complex projects. We provide support at every stage – from the development of the initial concept, through hardware design and integration with software, to the delivery of a fully functional product ready for the market. The range of services offered includes: – design of electronic circuits and embedded systems – creation of schematics, PCB designs and circuit simulations – redesign of existing solutions to meet changing industry standards and availability of electronic components – building new circuits based on reverse engineering – production documentation – support and maintenance of the developed product – testing and modification of prototype devices (debugging).
