The history of POM Augustów dates back to 1955. Since 1997, an employee-owned company called Pracowniczy Ośrodek Maszynowy w Augustowie sp. z o.o. has been established. POM owes its high position in the market of agricultural machinery manufacturers to the high quality of its products. It is a leading manufacturer in the domestic market of screw and pneumatic conveyors. It also offers sweepers, municipal machines, fertiliser spreaders, harrows, and liquid pumps.
POM Augustów sp. z o.o. is not only a manufacturer of products. The company also sells machinery of other agricultural companies, has warranty and post-warranty services for these machines, Technical Agricultural Service Department, as well as a Vehicle Diagnostic Station. POM also sells scooter and ATVs, as well as owns an agricultural machinery parts store and a building materials store.
