Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo Produkcyjne TEST Ryszard Bartz – Material Testing Laboratory offers a wide range of mechanical testing services, including:

tensile strength testing (Rm, Re, A, Z), bending test, breaking test (ZD-10, ZD40 testing machines);
macro and microscopic metallographic testing (Epityp metallographic microscope);
hardness measurement: by the Vickers method in the load range from HV1 to HV30 (Zwick Vickers hardness tester, Leeb TMTeck THL500 portable hardness tester, BAQ AlphaDUR mini portable hardness tester);
impact tests up to 300J in the ambient temperature range reduced to -60 ℃;
VT visual testing (SONOPAN lux meter, SPA 40 welder);
MT magnetic-powder testing of: welded joints, steel forgings, metallurgical products, steel pipes seamless and welded (PARKER B300S MT yoke defectoscope, Western Instruments WA-12 rigid coil);
UT ultrasonic testing of: welded joints of metals with a thickness equal to or greater than 8 mm, welded joints with a thickness of 2 ÷ 8, thickness measurements in the range of 0.6 mm to 500 mm of industrial products (UT defectoscope).
