The company “RAFI” – Alicja Mielcarek started on February 15, 2001 as a production and trading company on the basis of the existing company of the senior of the family Lech Skrzypek. Currently we employ 48 qualified and experienced workers. The area of the production halls is 2,370 m2, of which the newly built hall has an area of 1,920 m2.
As a result of successively lowering production costs, we are able to offer our customers low and stable prices, while guaranteeing the high quality of manufactured products. We offer a full range of services in the field of machining, cutting and forming of metals, joining by welding and other connection methods.
We have complete machinery, equipment and facilities to take on any complex challenge in the metal industry.
We produce on the basis of technical documentation provided to us by the customer and according to our own documentation. About 95 percent of our production is destined for markets in the European Union countries.
For many years, we have held a Quality Certificate awarded by BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION for the entire production process, and covering the production of fireplace inserts, safes and strongboxes, as well as other metal industry products.
For our production, operation and services, we also have an ISO 9001:2008 “Systeme der Managements mit der Qualität” Certificate (with accreditation in Western Europe) covering all cycles, stages of production and management of “RAFI” company – from the moment of acceptance of an order to the shipment of the finished product to the recipient. We are also certified in “Welding of rail vehicles and rail vehicle parts” according to DIN EN 15085-2, certification level CL-1, granted by the German certification body TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH, which entitles us to weld structures with dynamic and static loads.
