HaCon has had its current business profile since 1996. It specialises in the production of grey iron castings with unit weights from 500 kg to 6000 kg in small and medium batch quantities. It produces 25,000 tons of castings annually using hand-forming technology.
We produce grey cast iron in the following grades: EN-GJL-150, EN-GJL-200, EN-GJL-250 according to PN-EN 1561.
We supply products for the following industries:
- automotive industry,
- shipbuilding,
- agro-industry,
- railroad industry,
- mechanical engineering industry.
In addition to its core business, which is the production of iron castings, the company has a production hall for making welded steel structures.
The plant has modern machinery. Numerically controlled machine tools make it possible to perform specialised machining.
The company offers its customers anti-corrosion protection for manufactured products, through a painting process.
